About Sikkim
Sikkim is a state in northeast India, bordered by Bhutan, Tibet, and Nepal. Part of the Himalayas, the area has a dramatic landscape that includes India’s highest mountain, 8,586m Kangchenjunga. Sikkim is also home to glaciers, alpine meadows, and thousands of varieties of wildflowers. Steep paths lead to hilltop Buddhist monasteries such as Pemayangtse, which dates to the early 1700s
Sikkim is a very attractive hilly area, which always attracts tourists with its amazing views. Sikkim is also world famous for Kanchenjunga, the world’s third-highest peak. In this state, nature has spent a lot of time in the state; tourists can see beautiful hills, lakes, etc.

Tour Plan
- On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport, you will be received by our office executive who will assist in boarding your vehicle. Proceed to Gangtok – a city situated amidst natural beauty. On your journey to Gangtok (5,500 Feet), you will be passing through rolling tea plantations up and down the hill. Upon arrivalproceed to the hotel for check-in; the evening is free forleisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
- After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir. The cool water of the lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around, enjoy a Yak Ride here. Later visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir – a holy shrine honoring Indian army soldier, folk hero, and saint Baba Harbhajan Singh. Backto Gangtok and Overnight at the Hotel.(In case of a Landslide or due to any other reasons if
Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will
be provided)

- After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart for a full-day day city tour of Gangtok. Full-day sightseeing which includes waterfalls, Tashi View Point, Later visitResearch the Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sundays & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sundays & Govt. Holidays), Flower Show. Overnight stay at GangtokTransfer to Darjeeling from Gangtok (98km/4 Hrs)After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to
Darjeeling for the Overnight stay. Embark on a 4-hour
drive that will lead you to the charismatic city of
Darjeeling. The captivating sight of mountains that you
will cross by and the destination’s unadulterated
atmosphere is sure to have you gripped.
Upon reaching Darjeeling, check in at the hotel, and the
rest of the day will be at leisure.
The below Activities can be done this day on a direct
payments basis:
- River Rafting.
- Toy Train Joy Ride
- Early Morning at 04:00 AM visit Tiger Hill, famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga, on the way back visit Monastery, Batasia Loop, and back to the hotel. After breakfast proceed to visit The HimalayanMountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetans Refuge Centre(closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway,Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda. Overnight stay in
Darjeeling.
- After breakfast at the hotel transfer to NJP Railway Station/ Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.

mind and prompt you now and again to revisit this place.
